However I had to go through it twice to realize that it flows from the perspective of an investor-developer and not the broader CRE market. If it were based on the broader market the due diligence, appraisal, financing, etc. parts of the equation would need to be added. And in terms of CREtech there are opportunities there too. I also believe that instead of more broker facing tech tools and SAAS offerings, the future for new tools that put the research in the hands of property owners directly, looks bright. The Zillow model bears this out and your prediction about the eventual doom of data sets and analytics that live in a walled garden  is right on. In fact lack the of transparency makes the market less efficient than it could and should be.]]></description>
